Dead Time Arts Studio

A man wrongfully convicted of murder in Canada.

Mr. Hall has been incarcerated since June 2009. After the first conviction of first degree murder in 2013, police misconduct and police harassment endured by Hall and his family has to come light. 

In 2018, The Ontario Court of Appeals recognized the biases in Jeremy's case and ordered a new trial. At the second trial in 2020, a judge refused to speak about evidence based police misconduct; including the suicide of one of the main investigators. Mr. Hall's defence team was able to discredit the first degree murder allegation. The trial judge refused to set Hall free, instead finding him guilty of second degree murder.

Jeremy is now appealing his latest conviction. By supporting Dead Time Arts Studio you are joining the fight, alongside some of Mr. Hall’s fiercest supporters in the prisoner’s rights community. 

The financial support from this venture is used solely for the operation of the Dead Time Arts Studio and the essential needs of Jeremy and his three children. A gift to them from their only parent who has been in prison for over a decade, so that they can support themselves and pay for their futures. All items are produced exclusively by Dead Time Arts Studio.

Every person behind bars is doing Dead Time.
